a little about me .. im a female 23yrs 294lbs EXERCISE: ok well i have just started arobics/ weights classes 2 times a week and regular cardio/ weights about 3 times a week FOOD: i eat turkey sub sandwiches for breakfeast and lunch with wheat bread and no mayo i drink plenty of water with all meals try to eat lots of fruits and salads and veggies though out the day.im in a hurry to drop my weight but how my time am i looking at?? or at least to drop 50lbs to keep myself motivated if i continue this and push myself??
