Question:

If you could estimate the time frame i will hit my goal of losing 50 pounds?? ?

a little about me .. im a female 23yrs 294lbs

EXERCISE: ok well i have just started arobics/ weights classes 2 times a week and regular cardio/ weights about 3 times a week

FOOD: i eat turkey sub sandwiches for breakfeast and lunch with wheat bread and no mayo i drink plenty of water with all meals try to eat lots of fruits and salads and veggies though out the day.

im in a hurry to drop my weight but how my time am i looking at?? or at least to drop 50lbs to keep myself motivated if i continue this and push myself??

  1. My estimate is going to be based on losing one pound a week (4-6 pounds in a month) it may take about 6 months.

    The first month however you may notice a bit more of a weight loss when it comes to the number of pounds that come off because of the water that has accumulated over time (learned this from a friend who is trying to lose weight right now).

    I would recommend checking with your doctor as well.  Another type of exercise that can also help with trying to lose weight is walking such as on a treadmill.
