i'd rather go back in time and take someone's weapons away.

If I changed history, then I might not exist, so.... no weapons for anybody!

The American Confederacy.  They fought our second war of independence, and they lost.

I'd give Nukes to General Washington. With a mere red button to push, nukes aimed at all the opposing factions to the young states colonies, They would effectively use the weapons, not knowing the destructive yeild of them, but effectively eliminate every enemy we would have ever had from ww1, ww2, terror, etc.

Sometimes ignorance can be bliss.
