Traveling through time leads to universe-destroying paradoxes and is probably forbidden by the laws of reality. Other than that, it would be an amazing power to have.

I'd choose:

Teleportation

Healing

Shape-shifting

Teleportation would serve for both transportation and stealth.  If someone looked at me, I'd just move somewhere else.  Healing wouldn't be as useful as invincibility, but it would allow me to heal others too, not just myself.  Shape-shifting would enable me to solve problems creatively.
