This is out of the original 150. You can have only one starter, and no legendaries. But other than those any pokemon.

Cyndaquil, Pidgey, Ratatta, Venonat, Ekans,Togepi. Those are the ones that i'd pick out from Silver and the old games. If that's what you mean.
