  1. I wouls like to have lunch with Carl Yastrzemski.  I have always admired him and I would like to talk to him about baseball and life after baseball. He is not in the public much and I would love to be able to find out why.

  2. Hank Aaron by far he is an amazing guy and I think its shameful that Barry broke his record. Hank deserves to still be the record holder not some juiced up player.

  3. either babe, shoeless Joe, or Jessica Mendoza would be kool

  4. When I was a kid I woulda said Thurman Munson. If Thurm wasn't available, I'd say Don Mattingly (at least he's still alive). Today, I'd say Mike Mussina -- but please, no peanut butter and jelly.

  5. umm i would say....... Carl Yaz hes a great hitter maybe of all-time and he is so under rated

  6. Ted Williams. To me the best to have played the game. Many forget he served in the war for a few years, otherwise his numbers would have been even more huge. Not to mention his consistency to have such a high, respectful batting avg. All around GREAT guy, and in some senses, not seen and respected as to how he should be.

  7. Either Derek Jeter, Robinson Cano, A-Rod, Jason Giambi or Melky Cabrera.

  8. He would be a great choice.

I wouldn't mind sharing a meal with Roberto Clemente.

  9. babe ruth

  10. jeter, babe ruth, joba, lincecum

  11. bobby murcer i kno it sounds like im kissin butt cuz he died but he looks like having lunch and a conversation u can learn alot from him

  12. Probably Willie Mays. He's my favorite old timer

  13. That's hard so many

well I'm going to choose Joe DiMaggio because he intrigues me ,  something about him makes him interesting to me

  14. Ted Williams.  There would be othing more rewarding then picking the brain of the greatest hitter of all time.

  15. Koufax

  16. As much as I agree that I would love to have had an opportunity to meet The Captain Thurman Munson, I would have equally loved to sit down with Dodger greats Roy Campanella and Jackie Robinson.  However if I can only choose one, I without hesitating would choose Roberto Clemente.

  17. From before I'd say Mickey Mantle and a player of today would have to be Mariano Rivera.

  18. pujols

  19. [I HAD LUNCH BEFORE WITH FORMER LAS VEGAS STARS/SAN DIEGO PADRES/ATLANTA BRAVES PITCHER KEITH LOCKHART BEFORE-BUT WHO ELSE WOULD I CHOOSE....?]BABE RUTH AKA THE GREAT BAMBINO JUST CAUSE HE WAS GREAT

  20. Babe Ruth

    Who would not want to?

he is just like an ordinary american, drinking beer and having fun!

  21. Bill Lee.  Think of the stories.

  22. Bill Gleason, from the 1880's Cardinals, because he is my Great Great Uncle! Although Lou Gehrig was a class act. He is the greatest first baseman ever!
