  1. Kindergarten or 12th.

  2. 12th.  I did a few classes to get college credit and had to deal with kids who only stayed in school so they could keep their driver's license.

Kindergartners don't do crafts all day anymore.  They are learning to read and write.

  3. maybe 7th.  all the other grades seem necessary. . . but than again, if my kid was smart enough, he would be able to skip any grade he/she wants

  4. Most likely, I'd want my child to skip Grade 1. My kindergarten teacher taught me all the stuff I needed to know for Grade 1, so it was really easy for me. Besides, grade 1 only teaches you primitive stuff, like colours, numbers, basic math, and letters/words/vocabulary.

  5. I dont understand the big rush to have kids finish school so early.  What does skipping grades accomplish?  Children need to stay where they are because the social skills and maturity level of the child needs a chance to develop as well as academics.

    All the rush---I don't get.

    Children only get 1 childhood.

  6. 1st grade, if they're gifted

  7. In my opinion I would not allow my child unless very very gifted to skip a grade. This is because that 1 school year is alot and needed these days.

I was a teacher and had a children from 2 skip into my 4th grade class. She was made fun of and quite frankly needed third grade in this case.

If you want your child to skip a grade they have to undergo a test anyways.

  8. kindergarten if they know all the basics or 3rd grade because 3rd grade is just a prep to get into 4th grade if they're smart enough to be in 4th grade.

  9. kidergarden all they do is crafts all day. well mostly... or if he/she has enough credits 12th

  10. The 4th grade i would say right now but I'm only in the 7th so i only have 1/2 the experience. I would say 4th because it was mainly a review of previous skills and stupid math rules that you end up learning that aren't true in middle  school.

  11. 12th grade was largely a waste for me. I got 12 credits of college work done and gym. That could have easily been skipped and I could have gone straight to college.

  12. None.  They learn important educational and social things at each level.  Why rush through childhood?  I'd have the teacher give him/her extra challenges.

  13. If I had to pick one I would pick 6th because its scary going into a place for the first time. I hope this helped.
