I'm covering the Lamon Brewster fight in Cincinnati this weekend, and I've got plenty of questions for this former heavyweight titlist. I'd like to know what YOU think I should ask him. Let me know by Friday, the 29th and maybe I'll ask him. . .thanks to those who left ideas for my Shannon Briggs interview, which went really well.

  1. I'd ask him to recap his 2 matches with Wladimir Klitchko. How was he able to absorb the early punishment in the first rounds of the first fight and manage to come back and knock him out? And what was different the second time? Was Klitchko that much better or was their different strategies involved?

I think his most impressive feat apart from beating Klitchko was his 1st round knock out of Andrew Golota. Golota had just went the distance with two champions - John Ruiz whom he lost a close decision to and Chris Byrd who he had a draw with. Brewster was able to impress us all by annihilating him within a round. How come he was not able to capitalize on this, unify a title or something as a result?

Those are the only unique questions to him but of course I would love to hear his assessment of the heavyweight division and what not.

  2. what does he eat to have a major impact behind those crucial punches

  3. I think he has underachieved in respect to his ability.  I spose a good Q would be to ask him if he thinks he has achieved as much as he should have, or something along those lines.
