  1. Unchanging context-independent laws will always be unfairly or hugely inefficiently applied to a changing context. My law would be to repeal all the others. This would be one tiny step towards putting the law back into spirit, where it belongs, and out of the letter, where it is imprisoned.

  2. Repeal of Parliament Act (1948).

  3. bring back hanging for paedos and thugs

  4. that old people wouldnt be allowed a driving licence over the age of....50, and that they would have to do a refresher course every 6 months.

  5. All energy to be green. No exceptions.

And it is possible - wind and wave in northern areas, solar in sunny countries and trade.

  6. Make the politicians and military accountable for every life lost in Iraq and Afghanistan!

  7. The complete separation of religion from all affairs of state and justice and the removal of all tax concessions and grants directly or indirectly from public funds to religious bodies and the removal of public funding from all religious schools and colleges.  To the extent that religious studies continue in education, they shall be non-denomenational and cover non-theistic beliefs as much as theistic beliefs.

Religion is a personal choice, like motor sport or playing the drums.  Let those who wish to practice it without adversely affecting others do so at their own expense.

  8. No one or company could hold an obscene amount of wealth. I would put a limit on it and anything earned over that in a year goes back into the community it serves.

  9. I would stop Members Of Parliament expense claims.

I think that MP's receive an extortionate amount of taxpayers money for 'expenses'. They get thousands to furnish second homes. I can hardly afford to furnish & put carpets in the home i live in let alone get a second home.

I rated it as interesting for u.

  10. Put the school leaving age back to 16.  We will create a generation of resentful young people if we don't.

  11. Removing Governmental Immunity !  There are state agencies that violate state and federal laws that destroys peoples lives and do it without any repercussions .

  12. Compulsory execution for convicted child abusers.

  13. Not sure how this will be enforced but get rid of the power of the lobbist.  Large companies have got way too much attention from our politicians.  It is bad enough that the little guy has a hard time getting heard, but now there are foriegn countries that are hiring lobbist.

  14. It could be any one of a number of things, there are two laws I could think of to do with road safety.

1)The age for driving a car or motorbike could be raised to 18

2It could be made illegal for a child under 16/18 to ride a bicycle on a public road unless they are with an adult.

The 12-year-old daughter of a woman living down my street was killed on her bike recently. The roads are much more full of traffic now than what they used to be.

  15. Term limits for all politicians.  Get rid of all the old cronies who have been s******g up this country for years.

  16. No cars or dogs for idiots.

  17. Block any new government spending.

Why should our children have to pay for our benefits that we cant afford.

  18. members of parliament should never vote themselves a pay rise and they should face a court consisting of ordinary members of the public whenever they are on the fiddle.

  19. Legalize prostitution. Criminalizing these types of behaviours alienates marginalized people from assistance, protection and control. Also - it denies the reality of life - making certain activities illegal based on the morals of some people over other people, where the activity is consensual between 2 adults seems silly to me. (It's a lot like making homosexuality illegal, isn't it???)

  20. Free college education. It would be the best investment in our society.

  21. free da weed

  22. I'd introduce a commonse sense law that can override or soften other laws, that can be used at any judge's discretion.

So basically, if a burglar tries to sue someone for leaving a banana peel in the kitchen, and LEGALLY the person is guilty, the judge can still tell the burglar to pizz off.

Basically, too many problems are caused by the system taking control where people should be in charge.

Also, a similar one for police, where they can tell a group of yobs to disperse even if they haven't done anything wrong...yet. Why should 7 kids be allowed to terrorise a while neighbourhood?

  23. I would make all people on welfare and government assistance be required to pass a drug test prior to receiving benefits, and if they're on drugs then stop the benefits.

People who go to work everyday are subject to drug test to keep their jobs, so why should these other people be exempt from the same policies.

  24. Capital punishment for paedophiles..

  25. The prohibition of parliment from seceeding soverignty of the UK to another country (or group of countries).

I don't want to be a citizen of the United States of Europe.

  26. Lock away all children between the ages of 6 and19.

Release them back into society once they reach 20.

  27. That pedoes get their balls chopped off, speaks for it's self.

  28. Downsize DC.org has introduced a number of good bills to limit Congress to what they should be doing.  Some are the Read The Bills Act, One Subject at a Time Act, Write the Laws Act and the  Enumerated Powers Act.

Visit the link below to see details of these acts and to see what else they are sponsoring.

  29. Children stay at school until they can read, write, spell and be grammatically correct. Some idiots will be there until they`re 30 !
