The Ottway Ranges on a little bit of land 20 + acres with bungalows to rent out during the holiday season.

MANNUM S.A.  is where I want to live. It's built by/on the River Murray. Although it's a tourist town it still has that peacefull, serene feeling of a river boat era gone by. I have visited Mannum & met the locals (all of which were very friendly), I bought a meat pie from the local bakery & sat on the lawns under a tree by the river. I not only enjoyed my pie but I also enjoyed watching a rowing competion ( I picked the perfect day to visit). There were families obviously enjoying  themselves,  parents & children having fun together. There were Seagulls & Pelicans that were'nt frightened of those that handed them food. There was a crowd attending the regatta, clapping, shouting, cheering their local teams on but at the same time as I sat under my tree feeding on my meat pie( & eating it quickly before the birds had a chance to surround me),I felt I wasn't crowded but had my own little space to sit & be alone with myself ,yet still be part of  the events that were happening  all around me.

Yes, I have decided that Mannum is where I will buy my home & settle down.
