  1. Either West End, West Side, or out in the lovely hilly parts of Port Moody and Coquitlam.

  2. Downtown, because everything is within walking distance, and there is no need for a car. The transit system is also easily accessible.

  3. stevenston, near the wharf. cousin has a place there and it is fantastic.

  4. I live right where I want to, in Kerrisdale. Someday I hope to buy in the neighbourhood but I'm single and this is definitely a two-income neighbourhood unless you're super wealthy on your own.

It's central to most places, quiet, clean and has a great character on its own.

If I'm going to raise a family in the area, it would be here and maybe a couple other places. I hear Port Moody is up-and-coming for younger adults and have thought about out there as well.

  5. We live in Metrotown  Its clean central to sky train & buses

  6. I wouldn't live in Vancouver itself but would live in one of the surrounding suburbs.  Anywhere in the lower Mainland of BC is quite expensive, especially for housing and that's why many people are now moving out to the Fraser Valley, east of Vancouver.  The food cost the same but the price of housing is so much more affordable.  Places like Chilliwack, Surrey, Mission, Abbotsford.
