  4. Probably Amsterdam.  They are so laid back there.

  5. Florida, in the United States. It's got great weather year round, save for the average hurricane, and with all the theme parks and beaches, you don't run out of stuff to do, especially me being a coaster enthusiast.

  8. hmmm...a few places come to mind...egypt is lovely (places, people not the government), madina to be near The Prophet's Masjid, Oklahoma has my favorite weather (very impressive lightening storms subhan'Allah)
