'Where does your money really go' would be the name.

It would surprise a lot of people.

I know of lots of examples, donated money going for gym memberships, huge palace HQ's, Incompetence, bureaucracy etc etc

I would do an indepth study of all the cat's in my neighborhood. Where did they come from? Are they beneficial? How many other smaller animals are kept in check by these good for nothing p**p in my garden flea bitten varmits? How many neighbors secretly feed them but don't take ownership "officially" of any of them.

How many dog barks every night can be attributed to a cat sneaking around on my roof? Where do the cat's go in the winter? How many neighbors think they only have one cat? How many cat's got pregnant because of one stud in the neighborhood and who exactly owns that stud?

Maybe secret codes,spies,FBI,Police,KKK, or anything mysterious. Its kinda cool to do that, I'd rather go with secret codes, fake i.d makers,theives, and all that stuff you don't know about.............Maybe weapons also.
