I don't know, but every one would get it off.  Or maybe everyone who has to work holidays or is underpaid.

Nudist Day, that'll be the only day that you won't be accused of incident exposure, everyone will be nudists for one day. I love my body just the way it is, why should I have to hide it? I should be free. Everybody has the same parts, Men and women. Nobody should be shy showing it. Once you've seen it, you've seen it all.

everybody  gives  you space on  that  day  and  doesnt  call or  drop in unannounced while  you  get  up  to  whatever  you  have  in  mind for that  day. that  doesnt  mean  alone  that  would  be  terribly  antisocial, but  work  could  not  call  you  and  neither  could telemarketers  or  anyone  else  and  you  could  only  be  with  someone  if  you  arranged  it  before  the day

Wow, this is a huge issue for me because I'm a veteran who honorably served my country in the United States Navy for six years.

We already have a "public holiday" called "Veteran's Day".

But it's a freakin' joke.

I VOLUNTEERED to serve the interests of my country, help protect my land and fellow Americans for six years and what benefit do I get from having this farce of a holiday?

I have to work.

I don't get a day off.

Other than a bunch of bank tellers, government employees, school kids, politicians and "official" types who haven't sacrificed their freedom for even ONE day of enjoying their own, veterans have NO BENEFITS of this day even being on the calender!

Oh sure, we see it on the news after we've gone to work at our thankless jobs so everyone else who enjoys the day off can collect paid time off for it.

Well "Whoopdie DO"!

Sorry, venting but hey, for god's sake, if you're going to have a "Veteran's Day" paid American Holiday?

Why not let the VETERAN'S who gave of their time and vast expanses of their lives have the day off and let  the rest of the people who chose not to, work and at least give Veteran's  that much of a simple "Thank You"?

Other than that?

I really think it's time we had one day that law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency response teams at least got a day that they could go to any restaurant on a mandated one hour lunch and enjoyed it for FREE.

not a perfect solution, but if not for them, the majority of time, our country would be no less the better than Sudan.......

A holiday where all the supermarkets everywhere have a free grocery day. All the food you can grab in 5 minutes. Everyone gets a turn.
