That's hard.....I think I'd just manage the Phillies instead of making a new team.  Most of the towns around me that'd I'd pick to make a team, already have minor or major league teams....Good Question though.

I would make a Las Vegas team, because unlike those other cities mentioned, Las Vegas has the highest chance of actually affording a team/ The Las Vegas Gamblers.

new one, i'd give NJ a baseball team (cuz i'm from NJ) stationed in either Asbury Park or Trenton. I'd call them either the Green Sox or the Yelllow Jackets.
