  1. I'm voting Obama, but if Ron Paul were the Republican candidate I would definitely vote for him. I think we'd have much more intelligent debates if it was between Ron Paul as well.

If it can be ANYBODY, Constitutional prohibitions aside, then I wouldn't mind seeing Bill Clinton again. h**l, how about a Bill Clinton-George H.W. Bush ticket? They've shown that they can truly work together and that's what we REALLY need. The first Bush wasn't a great president, but I've come to truly respect him, the only Republican president I can say that about since Eisenhower.

Edit: Re: Newt Gingrich - I have come to respect him a little bit after finding out he's actually an environmentalist - of the pragmatic kind that won't flat out put the environment ahead of business, but that's not entirely unreasonable. I'd have a hard time with the rest of his politics though.

  2. Colin Powell, because he has all the experience, the sensitivity and humbleness I would like to see in a president.  Since that is not an option, Sen Obama because he has the mature wisdom needed in approaching problems and the foresight to avoid potential ones. He is an astute leader as evidenced by his campaign and he would make a great President as well. When his 8 year term is over, he should be appointed a Supreme Court Judge.

  3. Paul/Crist '08!

  4. George Bush.

Because my husband and I have advanced so much in the last 8 years. My husbands salary has doubled, we made a 30% profit on our home in 2 years. We just sold our other house and it was only on the market 1 month. Our taxes are lower then ever. We are  better off now then we were 8 years ago, we were REALLY struggling back then.

  5. Ron Paul, he is the only one who actually cares about the American people, and who is not making promises just to please whatever group he is addressing.

  6. anyone?... abraham lincoln. heck he led the nation during civil war. he would be great

  7. Steven Colbert with John Stewart as his VP

  8. Dennis Kucinich. You can do amazing things by cutting the Pentagon's budget, something he has talked about frequently. Remember when all those guns and money went poof? Money keeps on getting siphoned into the military industrial complex and I know Dennis would do something about it.

  9. Barney

  10. Obama!

  11. Al Gore--he is universally loved (outside of the US) and is aware of what our challenges are for the nation and the planet.

  12. Johnny Depp

  13. Newt Gringrich.  He may be the smartest man in Washington.

  14. Tom Tancredo

  15. OBAMA/BIDEN 2008

  16. anyone? doesn't have to be a candidate? well i would say my adv english teacher. she's amazing and she really knows how to take control and she has loads of great ideas. but then i guess it wouldn't be fit for a teacher to be president. that would just be a stupid idea.

  17. I'm Canadian but I wish think my dad would make a good political leader. He is very smart and reasonable. I think he would make excellent decisions.

  18. I would love to see Walter Williams as president. He is a very intellegent man, who has great fiscal, and foreign policy ideas.

  19. ron paul

he is willing to work on the problems that need fixing

  20. Myself; I know more about our military, economics, health care, immigration, gun control, and all other issues than Obama does.

On a serious note though... I would pick two outsiders; Governors of the States.  We need fresh ideas; family values... back in our government.  We need to do as the Constitute is all about.... For the People; not those comfy at Capital Hill for 20 plus years.

My first act as President is put every one at Capital Hill on minimum wage; make them pay back taxes to the Social Security system, no grandfathering period.  Reduce the pay for President and Vice President to 150,000 and 100,000 per year.

  21. I would pick myself, lol. that way i know what needs to be fixed for me, and do whatever seems right to me.  C'mon aint that what all of them try to to?? and yeah....no barney...

  22. Oprah

  23. Will Smith...he would save us from all the aliens and plus, he is a democrat.

No, I'm sorry...that is a good question. I am not sure though.

I wouldn't mind a woman president...maybe Maria Shriver. She is a Kennedy. Or Hilary..that is who I had wanted to run!

  24. John McCain

He is the epitome of an American.

    He is an American hero

He is the best man for President

    He is not a liar

He does not take money elligally and give it back

    He does what he says

    He is not a racist

    He is a gentleman

    He is trustworthy

He is a man that follows a code of conduct

    a man of character

  25. Hilliary Clinton, she has experience being in the White House. She's aware of what actually goes on. McCain/Palin will not get my vote.
