If you could place a cell phone charging machine in the most effective venue which place would u target?

It is only 2 ft. by 2 ft. It hangs on the wall and bolts into the wall. Now if you could include in your answer how easy do u believe it would be to let the facility place one in it. There is no cost to facility that places it, they actually get 40% of the profits, has a nice decor as well. Some choices are, hospital,trainstation,college,hotel lobby or club/bar.

Just out of curiosity, who is liable for the stolen cell phones.  Since it takes a few hours to charge a depleted cell phone, the owner would have to either hang around the charger or just leave his phone there.  If the venue is liable, I don't think there will be any takers.  If the charger owner is liable, I see a quick bankruptcy.

Second, what is the profit margin and who is going to use the charger.  Considering that almost everyone's car has a mobile charger, folks carry in-room chargers, and portable solar chargers and USB chargers are on the market, I fail to see the demand for this service.

Either way, the facility would have to be one where folks are hanging out for a few hours with something else to do - possibly a bar/club with the charger placed behind the bar (although even here, I see very few folks giving up their phone for charge which puts them out of communication with friends).  Hospital might be okay, since folks turn off their phones when going in. I don't think folks hang in lobbies or stations long enough for it to be feasible.

Not at the hospital, but at a location near the hospital. Someone could be drawn by one of the stores and end up walking the whole strip. On these little escapades they'll use their phones to call loved ones and will need an easy, simple charging area and it's better than going home, probably.
