  1. on life....no because i have taken this path....there's no going back, even though I'd want to....I would never-- I'd take the journey until the end....

    on a game....Yes, multiple times....

    On a computer....yes, it's pretty slow...

in general....if there's a random restart button....I might be tempted...

  5. If I could restart knowing what I know now, sure.

  6. Im assuming you are speaking about the culture/socitey we live in.  Furthermore, Im assuming you are speaking for western, capitalist culture.

If it were possible to press restart then I think it would be very tempting but the grass always seems greener on the other side!

Personally, I probably would to gain a first person insight into how we all began/social processes/phenomenons originate and what can be done to more benefit people who, in this incarnation of society are suffering/not having their fair share.

Then again, what would that make the nature of being human if we had the option to do this?  Would this ability, if we had it, give us an insight into how we concieve the image of God, or any deity we perceive as an omnipotent being.

Not to be contraversial, but you could deduce, from the very fact that we can think about such power (to restart the world) that any such deity is an extrapolation of this social human ability and as such (maybe) casts doubt onto the tangibility of the existence of any such deity.  In such case, anything supernatural would be merely a representation of human characteristics.

As such, maybe we have enough influence to restart the world, not through any supernatural abilities but through changing the way we think/act/contribute, "restarting" the world over and over again with every action we perform.

    Just a thought.

  7. No way! what I've been though and all the mistakes i've made have made me who i am today.
