If you could ride/drive any famous horse, past or present, which would it be?!?

just for fun!! i would loved to have jumped Milton (John Whittaker), drive Boyd Excell's team of black hackneys and ridden cross country on King William (Mary King) and Murphy Himself (Ginny Leng/Ian Stark). What about you??

  1. It was all about Red Rum in my day. My parents bought me a race horse when i was 13. I wish i'd kept up with it now but got bored when i discovered boys. My bad.

  3. I would love to take a run on Scamper (owned and trained by Charmayne James). Another I would love to work with would have been Three Bars. He was a great racehorse that had such amazing offspring.

I would've loved to ride Hollywood Dun It.  I saw him perform once and was just amazed.  I would've liked to ride Mr Good N Plenty when I worked with him, but never got the chance.  If I were a good enough rider, there is a Friesian horse performing in the dressage that I once saw a video of, his name was Nero.  I thought he was just gorgeous.  There are just too many for me to list, I've seen some really great horses over the years.

  7. For show jumping I would love to ride Beezie Madden's gelding, Authentic. He's great at jumping and seems so calm. Plus it would be so amazing to jump that high! I've seen him during the Rolex on animal planet and he has beautiful strides and probably a nice canter to sit too.  He seems to go over the jumps with such ease too, it looks like it's easy for him. Anyways, I would probably just do walk, trot, canter with him as I don't know how to jump. But I bet it would be fun to learn how to jump on him. Thanks, I loved this question. =)

  10. I wanna ride Diablo, Cisco Kids horse. Either that, Or Toronado, Zorros horse.

  11. Dash For Cash or Rugged Lark!! Man those were two awesome horses....my baby has both in his pedigree..it would be awesome to see how his great-great something or rathers were to ride :)

  13. I have lots! Mr. Ed!!! Trigger, Trigger Jr, Black Beauty, Flicka, Dreamer (Sonjador),  War Admiral, Hollywood Dun It, Blue Valentine, Tupelo Gunsmoke, the list goes on...id like to ride them all

    Also I would have liked to ride AK Locarno for the same reason :)

    And I would love to event with either Parkmore Ed or King Solomon, both fab jumpers x

Red rum my dad had loads of photos of him he looks great and from what ive heard he was an absoloute beauty if taken riding up now and have been riding for 5 years im now 13 and my dream is to become a champion at showjumping to be in the olympics i know red rum is a race horse but still x good question thankyou for askin it oh and also id liek to have ridden shergar or something like that the horse that was stlen and never seen again nobody knew what had                  happened to him but from what ive heard he was also a good horse x  and at the moment i like ellen whitakers horse locarno what a beauty and i like toytown ridden by zara philips x
