  1. probably practice way more. i gave up baseball for basketball about 3 yrs ago. i kind of regret giving it up. i still love basketball but if i try to play baseball again i will be so behind so i just wish i could have played more.


  2. Not attempt to throw without proper warm-up.  Blew my arm out at the beginning of one season and had to sit out til the following year. Even at that, it was never the same.

  3. learn how  to throw left-handed and hit as a switch-hitter.  Left- handed pitchers will always be in demand.  Even if a right-hander might have a little bit better numbers, teams would prefer the lefty.   Also, the ability to bat switch-handed allows for at-bats which you have the advantage.  The positions to play would be 1B and OF because if you are a powerful switch-hitter at either of those positions, you will have a lot of success.
