Face brand any illegal found in the US, then deport them (easier to catch them next time). Start throwing employers of illegal aliens in jail. Fire the idiots who allow illegals to collect such things as welfare, food stamps HUD housing, etc. Enforce the law that states that all persons born on US soil are NOT US citizens but citizens of their country of origin! (How a part of a law allowing a person to be a US citizen if he had no other citizenship to claim became everybody gets US citizenship only a low life lawyer could figure out). Stop all immigration until we get the mess we are in now straightened out. That should get things started.

I would let everyone that has lived her for more than 10 years be eligible for a work visa (at first)...they would have to prove that they have a place to work if they get the visa and that they have good moral values and not no criminal record.  By the way it would cost $5,000 to get this special visa.  (With this money we can hire more people for ICE and hopefully the wrong people can be put in jail and deported.)  After 5 years of having this visa they would be able to apply for a green card and they would have to pay $1,000 for a  pardon for entering illegally.  I think with this plan we would all benefit.  Unfortunately Americans need immigration and if we make it easier to be legally here I think many immigrants would take advantage of this program.

If I took control, there would be no "illegal" immigration. It would be like, if the laws were enforced, as intended. If, it took 911 to wake up the government, and 7 years has passed, and still nothing defining has come from our OVERPRICED dysfunctional, overstuffed, wasteful, incompetent, sorry excuse for a government, the problem isn't, with "immigration", the problem IS, the US government. It needs major overhauling, restructuring, rethinking, and a reduction in size(big time).

I feel, like I work, just to fund this greedbag, I'm mad as h**l, and I'm not gonna take it anymore.

I'd give 'em all a chance to rectify their illegal actions by becoming citizens in one of 2 ways. ONE: they'd gain a criminal record along with their precious citizenship, pay all the back taxes they owe for living here for free, and give them a REAL job...a government job at minimum wage cleaning up the trash they've left behind when they cross our borders (especially those in the SW at of our Native Americans' Reservations), and maybe even a job building a pretty little fence across the border.  Ooops! I'm sorry...forgot we have more than one border! Oh well, you know what I mean...after all, the Canadian border has been the longest ungarded in history! Geez can that be because Canadians, like our southern friends, think they come from a wonderful nation and everyone should have a country like theirs...except that the Canadians are smart enough to know that since it is so great, they STAY there! TWO: If the illegals didn't like my policy concerning their blaten crime, they can go back to their own country...by the same route they came here...I'll even pick up the tab for the law enforcement officers to herd them back...but there will already be a law in place to protect my men from petty little law suits for some twirp getting shot in the rump when he could have been shot in the head instead! If my options are not acceptable, they would still have one more choice to stay here: they must wait back in their country until we get all the background checks done at their expense, authorizing them to come over, those checks re-accomplished every 4 years at their expense, they report to a border crossing station to access our lands, pay taxes, purchase a home outright-in cash, but never work - that's called independently wealthy. AND, though they will meet these requirements, they just live here, they can NEVER become legal citizens (hmmmmm...what country requires that I wonder; oh yeah! THEIRS!).

I would order a mass deportation of all illegals, build the d**n fence and line it with land mines on each side, give border patrol the right to shoot on sight, anyone who rents to or hires illegals lose all possessions as do illegals when they are caught. Anyone caught again after deportation faces death penalty. not give children born of illegals citizenship. These may seem harsh but I think it's time for harsh punishments!!!
