  1. Definitely Australia,I think it's interesting and totally different from the other continents.

  2. Hi there. I live in Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

I have the opportunity to travel anywhere, but choose to stay in my own locality.

There are many places close to home that you never even think about, but are just as interesting as going farther afield.

Lots of people come to Yorkshire from all over the world, so I think, there must be something good here, in my own back yard, as we say.

I love to explore local villages and towns, and enjoy the countryside.

This is only my idea, and  from experience, it gives me peace of mind and enjoyment.

The added bonus is it does not cost much money, and you are never more than a day away from home.

May I wish you well, and if ever you come to Yorkshire, you will get a very warm welcome.

  3. Japan or China, that would blow my American mind

  4. Spain or Italy are both really nice i would go there

  5. you could do a round-the-world trip! that would be really cool, you could get to see a bit of everything that way :D

gapyear.com is a really good website for travelling ideas ... tis my fave website of the moment! (you don't need to be on a gapyear to go on it!)

For me personally: I would love to go to Thailand!! And general South East Asia. So different from our Western cultures.....

If you want to go Thailand, this website looks really good: www.thaintro.com - for one of those introductiony things, if you're new to travelling. I'm hoping to go on that this year :)

If you want to go somewhere English speaking, then Aus or NZ are definitely on the top of my list!!

Japan also looks pretty good... to be honest, I want to go everywhere!!!

So many options, you just have to decide what you want to see and do when travelling: culture/ traditions/ deserts/ snowy mountains/ religion/ history/ walking/ skydiving/ snorkelling/ working around the world/ learning languages etc...
