Hawaii. The weather is absolutely perfect. All the beaches are public by law. They still have tall mountains, so there's a huge diversity of geography. Plus, because it's visited by so many different cultures from around the world, you can experience a wide variety of life's offerings. (I know - that's 4 things. Sorry!)
