I think I would like to go to the Civil War era.  I find reading about the South prior to and during the Civil War facsinating.  I would like to see for myself what living on a plantation was like, wearing the clothing of the period, and just experiencing what  being a lady of that era was like. Traveling out of the heat of the south on the riverboats to our summer home North only about a day by boat.  The whole period is fascinating and in a way romantic.  Not to mention being able to find out what life under President Abraham Lincoln was like.

I would go back to the 70's.  Wow what a time, had it been even better, no one could have stood it.  I would go back because it was a time of innocence and learning and a very changing time, the greatest changing time of America and the people of the world.

It is not world history to anyone but me. I would go back to November 9th 1994. Why? My son would not have gotten killed in a car wreck. I would have gave him another hug told him one more time how much I loved him and that 30 seconds would have changed the timing and the other car that killed him would not have been at the same stop light he was. And my only child would be alive today and I wouldn't be a Mother with empty arms this way.
