Passing himself off as a compassionate conservative christian,this man becomes the leader of the most powerful nation in the world.Once in power,he fabricates a case for war against a foreign nation.He sends his army to invade this foreign country and kills hundreds of thousands of innocent people,including children,proving himself to be the most successful mass murderer of modern times and one crazy sadistic killer.

I still say the perfect murder weapon is an ice sickle. The larger ones are very sharp and quite strong. Could easily kill someone with one of those. And the best part is the murder weapon melts away. No finger prints. Just a stab wound and no weapon.

Serial killers are lurking in our human society for nearly millions of years, frightening and threatening the wellbeing of our kind. It is hard to explain and imagine put to a situation whereas you reproduce a character of such, which is where your imagination kicks in.

"Joker" sounds like a wild idea, however it seems rather familiar. Further digging of memory suggests.. BATMAN! Well, ideas are infinite, I presuppose Joker seems rather familiar. Jokers and clowns have embedded some horrific memories into our lives, I can see why many hollywood films have extracted this ideology.

Uniquely, I would suggest this killer to be someone of multiple personality, and an ordinary-looking person on the outside. This would sound more convincing logically, as well as fictionally.
