an Eagle so I can fly.  Also being a rabbit would be nice, I'd get a lot of s*x.

I realize that you said an animal but I would choose a redwood tree.  The redwood tree lives for a couple of thousand years and now they are being protected and no one bothers them much.  They live in a secluded area in one spot of the earth and it is such a beautiful place to live.

I would ask to become a Phoenix Bird and make a myth reality...

If not ....a peacock or an eagle.  Of the two a Bald Eagle...

I would want to be a bird, possibly a seagull because of the freedom, the views, and i like the ocean.
