If you delete a Virtual Console game from your Wii, can you re-download it for free?

The headline pretty much says it all. I would assume that this would be possible, as the game will only work on the console it was downloaded on, meaning that there is some sort of marker it knows to look for. I wish I could find this on Nintendo's website, but it is simply atrocious. Can't find a thing there.

yes  you can but  only on that  wii console

Yes, that is so even if you run out of space, delete it, and download another game, you can always get it again later.
