If you delete a picture from your computer would it go to a "roaming file" or would a person need to place it

Two pics that were supposed to be deleted on my computer disappeared and then showed up under a "roaming" heading. Does that mean I didnt delete them properly and did someone have to place them there?

Sounds like the synchronization of the roaming profile didn't complete most likely due to insufficient privileges.  Ask your network admin to look into the situation as others may be experiencing the same problem.
