If you delete history...is it gone forever or can you get it back??

because my friend was over...looking at...bad stuff...and I deleted the history but is there a way my parents could get it back because I don't want to get grounded for something I didn't do!

I'm sure that it can be accessed again, but it is a lot of work and they will probably not do it unless they have special software that does it for them.  Tell your "friend" to be careful and make good choices next time.

if its on google and you have a google account then yea you can see all the things you was on if you dont delete that as well but if you on yahoo then no you parents cant see it
