No. I had a dream that I died the other night (which is what brought me to this question). It was the weirdest thing I've ever experienced, but I didn't die. Everything in the dream went cold and white, but I didn't wake up.

Some psychologists believe that actually dying in a dream is the body's way to tell you that there is something physically wrong. Needless to say, this has me worried a little.

No, I have died in my dreams several times. It just all goes black, then I wake up.

LOL i had my back hacked open in my dream once. If there ever was a time to die that would have been it. I just woke up.

I would say no. But it is weird when you fall and wake up just before you hit the bottom. When I was young I fell off the bed many times...LOL. My daughter dreamed that she went blind after her eye Dr apt. But, she can still see. I don't' think so, dreaming is something of the sub conscience. Now you can die in your sleep of heath problems. i don't think that's real, it's just you thinking in that way

in islam we believe that every dream has its' interpretation and meaning,

for example in your case, the drema of dying or seing someone dying

that in life you shall gain a higher position

I died in a dream, and all that happened was that I woke up.

I suppose it's possible that someone has died in real life as a result of dying in a dream (maybe had a heart attack as a result of the stress in the dream), but it's impossible to know what a person who died in their sleep was dreaming about at the time of their death, so we'd never know about it.
