If you don't dive and you're going to Roatan.........?

Question

My husband and I will be on Roatan 02/02/08-02/09/08 and neither of us are divers. I snorkel but I doubt my husband will. What else would you recommend that we do? Any tours and/or tour guides that you would recommend? Restaurants? Bars? If you've been there and can help us out then answer away!!!!!!!! Thanks!
