  2. Yes. Its just a way to get out some bad feelings. Its always alright to be upset. Just don't get to miserable. Lifes better than that. Just pick yourself up and get on with being happy.

  13. Sure it's o.k. to cry - but it might be more productive to work on why you don't have any real friends. Could you be doing something to turn people off? Are you doing something to offend people?

    Maybe you should talk to someone you can trust about this, who could advise you on how to become better equipped to make friends.
