  1. When an EFC is calculated, the "type" of school is not considered.  No, it's not higher.  You can list up to 10 schools on your fafsa application.  Your efc is the same for all schools.  

    (The EFC is just a code the school uses to determine what kinds and how much fin aid you will get.  It is not what you will have to pay for your education)
