Umm what happens?

I was sposed to call and tell them i wouldnt be able to but the line was busy for about 2 hours

Phone or visit the 'clerk of court' for the court you were summoned and explain to them.

you go to jail,but if you call and tell them that you forgot.They will tell you that you have to do another jury duty..they will tell you over the phone when you will have to go again..you won't go to jail if you call them.

If the judge wants to, he can cite you for failing to appear, put out a warrant for your arrest.  Seriously.  What you should do is call the number, or the office of the clerk of the court, tell them you were unable to appear, and request you be placed on an upcoming jury duty list.
