i dont think they will send them anywhere. If you fail Ranger School, they will just let you do it over again. They may not make you do the whole thing over again if you do well in other courses. Say you do S****y in the swamp phase, And you make it through Ranger school and they say you aren't passing this because you didn't do well in the swamp phase, they will just put you in with another class of ranger recruits and you will do the swamp phase with them, and if you succeed you will be a ranger

Where ever they want.

Most miltary school work that way. You are lined up for certain training and to fill a certain position.

If you fail out of school and can no longer fill the position that you were supposed to, then they will use you to fill any immediate vacancies they have.

You normally get little to no choice and transfer within a few days.

You probably will end up in some Airborne unit, or the unit that you were part of before going to RANGER SCHOOL.
