If you download a mix tape off of the internet could you burn them on a CD?

Im listening to the CFOB mix tape that i downloaded off of the internet yesterday. I was wondering if i could burn them on a CD and put them on my zune. Would this be wrong? Or is it okay?

i am unsure of the program, but if you want it to play on a cd you need to burn it to a .cdo format.  there may be some free programs out there (sorry, can't recommend any) but i believe zune allows you to play .wma, .mp3 as well. so if your tape is in one of those formats you should be ok.
