  1. the orange juice is acidic and the milk is basic.  so, they neutralize each other.  I drink OJ and eat cereal every morning and have never been sick.  sometimes when i drink too much OJ, i get really bad heartburn from all the acid.  i drink milk and it makes it go away.

so, yes there is a chemical reaction, but its a good one.

  2. Basically the OJ will curdle the milk and that can cause a very messed up tummy. Everyones tummy is different, but a glass of milk on top of a glass of OJ......can cause you to turn green......

  3. MILK HAS BASICALLY LACTIC ACID AND ORANGE HAS CITRIC ACID.BOTH ARE ACIDS .SO THERE IS NO PROBLEM AS SUCH .I TAKE ORANGE IN MY BREAKFAST WITH CORNFLAKES.BOTH IN MILK

  4. I made smoothies with milk and oj. They were great!

  5. I make smoothies with milk and OJ all the time. Maybe I have a strong stomach. (I also eat expired food all the time)

  6. a couple of hundred million people have oj and cerial with milk every day................so...........I think it is OK.The food police would have banned it by now if it was bad..........
