  1. Well, alcohol will always affect your health, but if it isn't more than something like 2-3 units (2-3 shots) its not going to have a statistically significant effect. But neither will vodka do you any good, unlike stuff like red wine (not that I would ever drink it, I find red wine is too heavy on the tongue).

  8. Two1.5oz servings per day would be the maximum that you would want to drink. It will actually be health for you, promoting good circulatory health.

    Drinking Whiskey (same amount) would be slightly better...it absorbs a few nutrients from the wood during aging.

    Drinking wine (Two 5oz serving a day) would be better.

    Drinking beer (Two 12oz serving a day) would be best. Beer of all alcoholic beveraes has the highst level of health benefits when used in moderation.
