  1. i would say no because toilets are not sanitary so i dont think u want that kind of mosterizer on ur skin

  2. 1) If the cap was still on the tube, and you have cleaned the outside, then the contents are safe.

    2) If the cap was off, then it depends on a number of factors:

    a) How thick are the contents?  The thicker the contents the safer.

    b) Were you able to quickly squeeze out a good amount of the (possibly contaminated) contents right away and throw this squeezed out portion, before any germs could spread to the other contents inside?  If yes, no worries.

I am assuming that you dropped it into a clean toilet, recently flushed, and that you pulled the tube out and rinsed it right away.

If it was in there a while, or if toilet water had a chance to get into the tube, and contaminate the contents, then I would say the tube is a write-off.

It all depends on the exact circumstances of what happened.

If you feel your toilet was clean, and that you rinsed away any possible contamination, then you are safe.  One good way to decontaminate something is rubbing alcohol, by the way.
