  1. First, we don't have amphibious cars.

    Second, nobody outside of the United States uses miles anymore. So don't ask any European distances in miles. Like everyone else, Germans use kilometers.

    There's no autobahn speed limit, in theory. But in reality, much of Germany is urbanized, and there are limits in heavily populated areas. Usually 100-130 KPH.

    course you would need to stop for gas.  Assume you would

    have two drivers so you could rest.  Berlin is really great.
