  1. Why don't you try exercising? Times your wieght by 7 - that's the number your body will consistantly lose weight and as you lose recalculate your calories. If you can burn off 500 calories a day, then why not stick to what your body needs?

If you do what you want you will gain that weight back rather quickly and that's alot to go through to maybe reach your goal and it only last a week or so before the scales pop right back up.

  2. This is a joke right? I'm almost positive it is...You are 108lbs, you don't need to lose any more weight.

First of all, if you aren't eating anything then your body goes into starvation mode. It slows your metabolism and stores any food that you do get into fat. Slow metabolism = Slow weight loss.

I'm assuming that once cycle is 3 days from what you have written here. Losing 10 lbs. in 3 days is impossible unless you dehydrate yourself completely, in which you risk death and really it's just water weight your losing would return once you drink some water.

If you eat 600 calories a day after the cycle, no you won't gain the weight back since you won't have lost any since it is only a 3 day cycle, and expecting to lose weight in 3 days is foolish.

  3. You might lose a little, but you are going to feel like c**p, especially if you throw exercise in.  Also, your body will eventually adapt to it and you will stop losing altogether (starvation mode).

If you don't eat, your muscles don't have the muscle glycogen stores needed to exercise, and you run the risk of passing out.

Yes, you might lose, but it is a very stupid idea that is not based on scientific studies and probably thought up by some uneducated immature person.  Oh, and you are already entirely too skinny.

the link is just one of the same that I could FIND

  5. You need to talk with your doctor about this. You have an eating disorder. 600 calories per day is HALF of the minimum you need to live. Your body will eat itself. Please seek help.

  6. You will not lose weight. Your body will think you are starving and stop burning calories.
