Question:

If you eat alot of healthy food( fruits, veggies, ect) but not alot of meat will you gain weight???????

i eat alot of veggie soups and few fruists. thats pretty much my diet. i exercise( tennis) 3 times a week. But i eat too much healthy food...will i gain weight????

  2. Probably not, depending on what exactly you eat.  The only real key here is to burn as many calories as you consume.  No matter what you eat, continue to exercise.  The benefits extend far beyond weight control.

  3. Yes, if you eat too much healthy food you can gain weight.  You gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn, even if the calories you consume are healthy ones.
