  1. I couldn't think so. It's a pretty extreme diet regime anyway.

    And besides, fruit should be eaten alone otherwise it goes rotten in your stomach (it needs minimal digestion).  


  2. Nope. Definitely not. Bananas are high in fiber, and so that actually shaves off a few calories since fiber has 0 calories. For example. If a banana is 102 calories, and it has 4 grams of fiber, then you could say that the banana is actually 102 minus 16 calories. But you have to make sure it's just one piece of bread.

    Don't know why, but bread is low in fat...but it just...makes you fat if you eat even, like, 2 pieces. I stay away from it altogether because it causes constipation for me.

  3. Well actually it would.

    Not only are you storing the fat in your body because your not consuming anything else,

    also the foods that you listed are high in carbs, and that leads to fat so...there you go.
