  1. No, it probably won't stick, but you might find yourself saying a few words with an accent every now and then.

You might not be able to fake it as well as you think you can. British people can usually tell the difference.

  2. that may work if u keep it up for about a month some words will get stuck into your head so yeh your theorie is quite true.

  3. YOU CAN FAKE IT FOR LONG AS YOU LIKE - BUT TO MAKE IT AUTHENTIC I WOULD GET SOME BRITISH ACCENT DIALECT TAPES FROM A BOOKSTORE LIKE LARRY EDMUNDS IN HOLLYWOOD  ( THEY HAVE A WEBSITE) OR CHECK WITH SOME OTHER DIALECT TAPE SOURCES ONLINE. THERE ARE MANY KINDS OF ENGLISH ACCENTS: MANCHESTER, LONDON, COCKNEY, NORTH HILLS, LIVERPOOL, ETC... IF YOU HAVE AN 'EAR" FOR ACCENTS AND IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DO - YOU CAN REALLY LEARN A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT ENGLISH ACCENTS BY LISTENING TO THESE TAPES AND PRACTICING SO THEY WILL "STICK".  I GOT TAPES AND TAUGHT MYSELF LOTS OF ACCENTS - GERMAN, RUSSIAN, AUSTRALIAN, SOUTH AFRICAN ( WHICH SOUNDS A LOT LIKE ENGLISH BUT WITH A "SHARPER" SOUND) IT WAS FUN AND NOT HARD WITH PRACTICE

    HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK!

  4. Not if you fake it, but if you live in an area with an accent you may pick it up naturally.
