Dog waste- both dog p**p and urine- burn grass like crazy (from all the acid in the urine and the chemicals in the p**p). I'm thinking its because of the kibble. But if you feed your dog an all natural diet, will its waste actually help grass and other plants grow? Most animals' waste helps nature because in nature they eat all natural without all the preservatives, etc. Will this hold true for dogs too?

  1. Yes. Any decomposing product(a dead body goes back to the earth) that is natural is going to help the environment. What wont help is the c**p a dog produces that is kibbl fed.

  2. I suppose it would... I am sure it wouldn't hurt it though

  3. No. Urine is full of ammonia no matter what the dog eats. The only p**p that really acts as fertilizer is that of herbivores. p**p from carnivores like dogs and cats doesn't work. There are other benefits to feeding your dog a natural diet, but this isn't one of them.

  4. I feed raw food and have no problem with p**p just urine, but it burns the grass and then turns real green

  5. I never really thought about it  but I bet  that it will leave grass burn.
