If you were sleeping in the middle of the night and heard your front door get blasted in would you go for the gun on the side of your bed? (if you had one)

What about if you were an elderly lady at home thinking you were being robbed?

  1. No,

where I live I can legally shoot an intruder into my home whether he's armed or not.

  2. In Texas we have the Castle doctrine that says if they come in the door, we can shoot.  h**l, in Texas, if it's night and someone is messing around outside you can shoot them.  To answer your question, if my door comes flying open, whomever is on the other side is getting shot.  Where I'm standing when it happens determines what they are shot with

  3. Honestly it's legal to protect your property its the law! but the government is corrupt. so your never safe so you should keep a phone in your room lock the door bar it up all call the police if someone tries to break in.

  4. Even if it's the police you gotta get your gun, it is a no-win scenario.

  5. The state of Colorado has the Make My Day law.  People are more cautious about how they break and enter.

  6. No it's not wrong and no it's NOT wrong to shoot!  NO ONE has the right to just come in your home and check things out!  You don't know what their intentions are and if you wait for them to make the first move it could be too late!!!

  7. I dont know what your state your in, but in my state.., I can pull my gun if I hear somebody causing forcible entry in my home, AND I can then cause fatal harm to them if I feel my family or myself are in  imminent physical harm and/or danger being killed.; THAT MEANS THE ACTOR HAS TO HAVE A WEAPON IN HAND, COMING AFTER YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES, before you take him out.

  8. Its not wrong to get your gun its wrong to shoot. One can only shoot if the other person is coming at them with a nife or in a life threatning manner

  9. the cops are wrong for thinking they can break and enter someone's house without a warrant...if you trash one constitutional amendment, might as well trash all of them, then we'll call this country Walmart's NorthAmerican FunWorld
