  2. Depends on if you are filing a chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. A judge may look at it as you are able to pay creditors and make you do a chapter 13. In a chapter 13 you have up to five years to pay back all your creditors and your home and auto is protected as long as you make your payments.

  3. It really depends on the situation.  I don't really think the banks want another house that will go unsold for a couple of months
