  1. Cardio Cardio Cardio!  Sweat it out!!  I still like to eat food.


  2. Speaking from my personal position, I would do neither. Muscle is heavier than fat, and if I hadn't change my diet, then it just means the workouts are paying off.

  3. remember muscle weights more then fat, so be careful in thinking you are gaining fat and not muscle.

  4. both cause they will both help...but focus more on wrking out than cutting cals casue if u cut cals even a little ur metabolism slows a little bit and it will add up over time^^....i need help with mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

  5. both, but i find that exercising more works better for me
