I mean realistically speaking. Its in a water-proof bale, suggesting it was on the high seas (probably on a go-fast boat). It looks like its been buried by nature for a few years.

Think carefully, the most sensible answer wins.

  1. Well I would start investing that money immediately.I would buy a peice of land in a somewhat residential area and build an apartment building.I would use some of the rest to start a business where I would carry in merchandise and distribute the merchandise to local businesses.I would also put some of it on a fixed deposit that turns over every three months. The money sounds like alot but when you start to use it up you'll see that you can lose it if you don't know what you're doing. You have to try and use it to put something in place that brings in money for you wether you physically go out and work or not.You have to buy assets forget about the fancy car and the nice house for now build yourself first. Then your investments will make you afford the luxuries of life a little down the road and you'll be in a better position to maintain the good life with money coming in from your investments.

  2. We were at Bluefields in April. We were walking along the beach and saw something red half buried under the sand. We passed it, sat down and started wondering what it was. For the next 10 minutes we were tossing around the idea of "if it were money" what would we do. We all said we'd share it amongst our friends, retire and build a house on the Southcoast. Curiosity got the best of us and we went to inspect out red bag of money. It turned out just to be a pair of red shorts that washed up and it was full of sand. Darn.

  9. i will be living in jamaica with  a nice house on the beach and have a nice boat and have nice cars and never have to work agen

  10. well the right thing to do is give it to the police but they would steal it so i would do several things i would give a portion to a orphanage in kingston that i go to every year and then i would call my money changer in haiti and have him tell me what to do,

  11. Hmmm..I would wire transfer small amounts to different offshore/swiss bank accounts in small inrements at a time.

  12. First of all, these  funds will be the property of the Jamaican Government. To take large sums of money to a Bank for transfer would arise suspicions  and I might be arrested. If I try to pass through United States Customs, I would be in more trouble. So I  would therefore report it to the Police, hopefully no one will claim it and they should return the cash to me, eventually.
