I would win lotto then pay for counselling on my gambling addiction, especially concentrating on the dreamworld of gambling like imagining that somehow I could go into the future to get some lotto numbers

it all depends you could share your luck with family members so they could join in the windfall or you could keep it to your self and maybe you would be the only jackpot winner but still share your winnings i would also stick money on loads of horses

If I found the papers for the whole of next YEAR then yes because they'd probably be a disaster that I could protect people from. The lottery numbers wouldn't matter.
