take him to a DR, there could be something wrong with him that is embarrasing to him. There is no point in yelling, or punishing, he isnt really doing anything wrong, just being a bit weird.

Ask him what the h**l is going on!  But remeber he is at that age when boys have "wet" dreams, and maybe he dont want u to know!  lol

You don't specify is it is an adult disposable diaper, or a cloth-home-made one.  There are a couple possible choices.

One, he has a urinary incontinence problem, or fecal incontinence problem, and is ashamed, or afraid to tell you....or he may have an infantilism fetish, a person who gets sexual satisfaction from wearing infantile garments.

  Hopefully you handled it delicately, and did not embarrass him.

You have already found him in this attire. Talk to him calmly, and if it is a health issue, get him to a doctor soon.  It is nothing to be ashamed of, if that's what the reason is.  Doctors see it from time to time, and they can help him.

If it is, however, a personal preference, then that's his choice.  If this is the case, then R K's site [the comment before mine] will be helpful.  It could help both of you, for that matter.

honesty it is his own thing. he probably feels pretty crappy that you caught him. while it isn't "normal" at least he's not doing drug or something worse.

i would talk to him, see whats going on. if he says "nothing i'm fine" you say "son, your in a diaper, there has to be something wrong" ask him if he is having troblems or something. if he need to go to therapy then so be it. but i would just try to help him in the best way possible.
